On November 10, 2017, the board of directors (the “Board”) of Limbach Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), upon the recommendation of its Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, appointed David S. Gellman, who is currently a member of the Board, to its Audit Committee. With the appointment of Mr. Gellman to the Audit Committee, the Company’s Audit Committee once again meets the requirements of Nasdaq Listing Rule 5605(c)(2)(A), being comprised of at least three independent members.
