On March 2, 2017, Liberty Media Corporation (the Company) issued
a press release announcing, among other things,the closing of the
refinancing of the $3,102 million USD first lien term loan
executed by certain subsidiaries of Delta Topco Limited, a
subsidiary of the Company which holds all of its interests in
Formula 1.
This Current Report on Form 8-K and the press release attached
