Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement
On March 20, 2019 Lexaria BioScience Corp. (“Lexaria”) announced that the Definitive License Agreement entered into between Lexaria’s subsidiary, Lexaria CanPharm ULC, and NeutriSci International Inc. (“NeutriSci”), as originally announced on February 26, 2018, whereby NeutriSci was granted a license to Lexaria’s DehydraTECHTM, to produce tablets incorporating less than 0.3% tetrahydrocannabinol, has been terminated effective March 15, 2019.
