(e) On November 30, 2016, the Lennar Corporation 2016 Target Bonus Opportunity cash award agreements (“Award Agreements”) granted under the Lennar Corporation 2012 Incentive Compensation Plan were amended to remove the provision that required the employee to be employed by Lennar Corporation (the “Company”) on the date of the applicable bonus payment. The provision that was removed stated:
“50% of the bonus payment is contingent on the recipient being employed with the Company on the applicable payment date. No bonus will be earned or paid unless the participant remains employed in good standing through such date.”
The Award Agreements with respect to each of our named executive officers were previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission as exhibits to the Company’s Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended November 30, 2015.
