On August 7, 2018, Daryl Miller notified Lantronix, Inc. (the “Company”), that he would retire from his position as Vice President of Engineering of the Company, effective as of September 7, 2018, at which time his employment with the Company will cease. Mr. Miller will continue to receive his current base salary and current benefits until he retires.

On August 10, 2018, the Company announced that Fathi Hakam has joined the company to succeed Mr. Miller as the Company’s new Vice President of Engineering. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing Mr. Miller’s retirement and the hiring of Mr. Hakam is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
