press release announcing that its board of directors declared a
quarterly cash dividend of $0.83 per share payable on June30,
2017, to holders of record of the Companys ClassA common stock
and ClassB common stock on June15, 2017. A copy of the press
release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
