On April 25, 2017, the Board of Directors of Lakeland Industries,
Inc. (the Company) approved the Amended and Restated By-Laws of
the Company, effective as of that same date.
A copy of the Amended and Restated By-Laws is attached hereto as
Exhibit 3.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

Lakeland Industries, Inc. (Lakeland) manufactures and sells a line of safety garments and accessories for the industrial and public protective clothing market.
