Today Kimbell Royalty Partners, LP (the Partnership) announced
that the board of directors of Kimbell Royalty GP, LLC, its
general partner, declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.23
per common unit for the quarter ended March31, 2017. The
distribution will be paid on May15, 2017 to unitholders of record
as of the close of business on May8, 2017. The amount of the
first quarter 2017 distribution was adjusted for the period from
the date of the closing of the Partnerships initial public
offering on February8, 2017 through March31, 2017.
