KB Home (NYSE:KBH) proudly announced yesterday the launch of its latest home community called Montaretto Estates which is located in Tucson.
The company held the grand opening of the Montaretto Estates which is its newest home community in Tucson. The Estates are located in the prime area northwest of Tucson which boasts of spectacular views of the Catalina and Tortolita Mountains. The Estates also offer customers the last opportunity to buy a home right next to the Omni Tucson National Resort golf courses.
The Montaretto Estates are also strategically located near La Cholla Boulevard from where one can easily access Interstate 10. It also boasts of numerous other conveniences including shopping, dining and entertainment facilities as well as close proximity to major employment centers. The Estates consist of 95 single story homes of different sizes within a gated community setting.
The announcement of the Montaretto Estates comes roughly one week after KB Home’s previous announcement about the grand opening of its Jamison Villas in Littleton. The villas are located north of the Southpark market and West from Littleton Adventist Hospital. They are also strategically positioned Colorado State Highway 470 (C-470) and also boast of convenience to entertainment hubs, shopping facilities, and restaurants.
“The City of Littleton offers an ideal combination of quaint, small-town ambience and big-city conveniences, with its charming historic downtown, active trail system, and over 1,400 acres of city parks and open green spaces fostering a strong sense of community,” stated Randy Carpenter, the president of KB Home’s division in Colorado.
Carpenter also said that the Jamison Villas is a compelling and low-maintenance place for home buyers especially because it is located in a well-established neighborhood. Both Jamison Villas and the Montaretto Estates are the latest offerings from KB Homes and they strongly add to its portfolio of appealing properties. The company will host the grand opening ceremony of the Montaretto Estates on Saturday, September 16 from 10 a.m to 6 p.m and those who will attend the ceremony will get to tour the model homes and gain a firsthand view of what the company has to offer.
KB Homes stock closed the latest trading session on Thursday at $21.39.
