(e)The Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan

On February 12, 2019, Isabella Bank Corporation (“ISBA”) filed a Form 8-K stating, in part, that it had entered into a participation agreement under the Isabella Bank Corporation Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan with Neil M. McDonnell, a named executive officer of ISBA (the “Participation Agreement”). The Participation Agreement that was filed with the Form 8-K was not the correct Participation Agreement. This amendment is filed to provide the correct Participation Agreement, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 10.2.
