On October 2, 2017, Mark Weaver notified Internap Corporation (the “Company”) that he is resigning as VP, Controller and principal accounting officer of the Company, as he has accepted a position with another company located in Phoenix, Arizona. The resignation will be effective on November 10, 2017. Mr. Weaver’s resignation was not related to any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, practices or any issues regarding financial disclosures, accounting or legal matters.

Upon effectiveness of Mr. Weaver’s resignation, Robert Dennerlein, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer will fulfill the duties of principal accounting officer until a permanent successor is appointed.
