On February 22, 2017, Inspired Entertainment, Inc. issued a press
release regarding a tri-party agreement entered into with the
Michigan Bureau of State Lottery (the Lottery) and platform
supplier Pollard Banknote Limited with respect to the supply of
its virtual events lottery products.A copy of the press release
is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by
reference.
