(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had closed its previously announced public offering of 16,675,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $6.50 per share. The Company sold an aggregate of 16,675,000 shares of its common stock, including 2,175,000 shares of common stock issued upon the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional shares, with net proceeds to the Company of approximately $101.6 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses.
