On November 4, 2016, Immune Therapeutics, Inc. (the Company) paid
off its Promissory Note with JMJ Financial, disclosed in the
Current Form 8K/A filed by the Company on May 4, 2016, in the
principal amount of $656,250. These funds came from financing
provided by certain of the Companys current shareholders.
On November 14, 2016, the Company issued a press release
announcing its intent and efforts to restructure approximately
$1,700,000 of its current debt.
