On June15, 2017, IES Holdings, Inc. (the Company) issued a press
release announcing that its subsidiary STR Mechanical, LLC (STR)
has acquired, as of June15, 2017, all of the membership interests
of Technical Services II, LLC (Technical Services), a Chesapeake,
Virginia-based provider of mechanical maintenance services,
including commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning,
food service equipment, electrical and plumbing services.
Technical Services will operate as a subsidiary of STR within the
Companys Commercial Industrial segment.
The information in this Current Report on Form 8-K, including Exhibit 99.1
