High-Achieving Channel Partners Of Mitel Networks Corp (NASDAQ:MITL) Recognized In Special Event

As part of the 2017 Mitel Elite Experience, Mitel Networks Corp (NASDAQ:MITL) recognized the special achievements made by channel partners who were consequently awarded during an event held in the Texas City of San Antonio. Channel partners who attended the event were drawn from Latin America, the Caribbean and North America.

“Businesses today depend on providers who can understand their current communications needs and help them adapt to future opportunities. Our award winners represent the best in delivering value to our customers and equally stand out for their commitment to Mitel’s success,” Global Sales Executive Vice President at Mitel, Todd Abbott, said.

Partners of the year

Some of the firms from the United States that were recognized as top partners in this year’s awards included Frontier Communications, Sandler Partners, Marco Technologies, CDW and Arrow Systems Integration. From Canada, Allstream was recognized as 2016’s partner of the year while Grupo CIMCORP was recognized as the 2016’s partner of the year from the Carribean and Latin American region.

The awarding of channel partners comes a few days after Mitel launched the MiCloud Connect Service to resellers and wholesalers in Australia. Targeted at small and medium enterprises the service will allow partners of Westcon-Comstor to seize opportunities in multiple verticals.

The service enables partners to be equipped with an end-to-end Mitel solution which is easily deployable and whose management is practical. Since it eliminates the need to make a heavy investment in infrastructure, mobile cloud solutions can be deployed in a matter of hours rather than months.

Scalable solution

The solution is also scalable and agile and can thus be modified if future demands necessitate it. Thus small and medium enterprises can get access to tools that are mobile-enabled and cost-effective giving them the capacity to compete with rivals who are bigger and with more responses by improving customer satisfaction and workflow efficiency.

According to APAC Sales senior vice president at Mitel, Pierre-Jean Chalon, small and medium enterprises will power employee productivity and reduce costs when they leverage the cloud. Managing their telephony infrastructure will also get simpler.

On Thursday shares of Mitel Networks Corp rose by 2.04% to close the day at $7.49 a share.
