On June 26, 2017, Andrew Olson announced his resignation, effective July 21, 2017, from his position as Vice President of Finance and Senior Controller of Hercules Capital, Inc. (the “Company”). Gerald R. Waldt, Jr., the Company’s current Assistant Controller, will assume the position of Controller.
