On May 8, 2017, Hecla Mining Company (the Company) issued a news
release announcing the Companys first quarter 2017 financial
results. The news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to
this Form 8-K.
In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the

On May 8, 2017, the Company announced it would pay a dividend on
its shares of common stock in the amount of $0.0025, to
shareholders of record as of May 24, 2017, payable on or about
June 2, 2017. A copy of the news release announcing the quarterly
dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
