Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 6, 2017, the registrant issued a press release announcing
its system-wide traffic statistics for the month of May and
updating its expectations for operating revenue per available
seat mile and economic fuel cost per gallon for the second
quarter of 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished as
Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.

Hawaiian Holdings, Inc. is a holding company. The Company, through its subsidiary, Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. (Hawaiian) is engaged in the scheduled air transportation of passengers and cargo.
