As previously announced under Item 5.02 of GulfMark Offshore, Inc.'s (the "Company") Current Report on Form 8-K filed on February 22, 2018, Samuel R. Rubio, the Company’s Senior Vice President – Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, will be promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer upon completion of the filing of the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K. Effective March 20, 2018, Mr. Rubio’s salary has been increased to $275,000 per annum.
