On August31, 2017, GSI Technology Taiwan,Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of GSI Technology,Inc. (the “Company”), entered into a lease agreement with Tai Yuen Textile Co.,Ltd. extending the existing lease of the Company’s 25,250 square foot facility in Chu-Pei City, Taiwan through August31, 2020. The lease provides for annual rent of approximately NT$6,818,208 (approximately US$226,100).

A copy of the lease is filed as Exhibit10.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
