5.03 AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OR BYLAWS;
CHANGE IN FISCAL YEAR
The fiscal year-end for Lutu International is December 31. On May
12, 2017, the board of directors of GVBT approved changing the
fiscal year-end of GVBT from January 31 to December 31, to be
effective immediately as of May 12, 2017. Under the applicable
rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission, GVBT intends to
file a transition report on Form 10-QT for the quarter ended June
30, 2017.
