Green Plains Inc. expects to host a lender meeting on Tuesday, July25, 2017. The purpose of the lender meeting will be to discuss the possible refinancing of credit facilities at two of the company’s wholly owned subsidiaries, Green Plains Processing LLC and Fleischman’s Vinegar Company, by issuing a new $500 million senior secured Term Loan B credit facility.
