(b)On November 30, 2018, Green Plains Inc. (the “Company”) accepted Jeff Briggs’ resignation as chief operating officer and president, Green Plains ethanol for both the Company and Green Plains Partners LP effective December 31, 2018, to pursue other opportunities. In addition, Mr. Briggs resigned as a director of Green Plains Holding LLC, the general partner of Green Plains Partners LP. Mr. Briggs’ resignation was not because of any disagreement with the Company. Mr. Briggs’ responsibilities will be allocated among other officers and employees of the Company.
