On May 4, 2017, Nasdaq notified the registrant of its non-compliance with Nasdaq listing Rule 5605 because there are only two members of the registrant’s audit committee.  Under Nasdaq’s rules, the registrant has a cure period.   The registrant expects that its board will fill the vacant seat on the board within the next month.
