On April 27, 2017, the Nasdaq Stock Market (“NASDAQ”) announced that it would delist the common stock of Gordmans Stores, Inc. (the “Company”). The Company’s common stock was suspended on March 22, 2017 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time. On April 28, 2017, NASDAQ filed a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting. The delisting will become effective ten days after the filing of the Form 25.
