On August 29, 2019, GMS Inc. (the Company or GMS) issued a press release, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference, announcing the Companys financial results for the three months ended July 31, 2019.

The Company provides a product offering of over 20,000 stock keeping units (SKUs) of wallboard, ceilings and complementary interior construction products for interior contractors.
