On August16, 2017, the Compensation Committee (the “Compensation Committee”) of the Board of Directors of Global GP LLC (“GPLLC”), the general partner of Global Partners LP, approved a form of phantom unit award agreement under the Global Partners LP Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended, (the “Plan”) for use for grants to executive officers who have an employment agreement in place with GPLLC (the “Executive Officer Award Agreement”). A copy of the Executive Officer Award Agreement is filed as Exhibit99.1 hereto, and is incorporated herein by reference.
Future awards, if any, shall be granted at the discretion of the Compensation Committee in compliance with the terms of the Plan in the form of award agreement selected by the Compensation Committee, in its full discretion, which may include the Executive Officer Award Agreement.
