Companys financial results for the quarter and year ended
December 31, 2016. The full text of the press release is attached
to this current report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.* Note that
the press release as originally issued reported historical
Adjusted Net Income as $9.0 million and Adjusted Earnings per
Common Share as $0.18 for the three months ended December 31,
2015. As previously reported by the Company, the actual Adjusted
Net Income was $7.2 million and Adjusted Earnings per Common
Share was $0.15 for the three months ended December 31, 2015. The
attached Exhibit 99.1 reflects the corrected information and a
corrected press release will be issued.
Company will host a conference call concerning the Companys
financial results for the quarter and year ended ended December
31, 2016. In connection with this conference call, the Company
has made available for review on its website (ir.gaincapital.com)
a copy of its corporate presentation. A copy of the corporate
presentation is also attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.*
Directors has declared a dividend of $0.06 per share of the
Companys common stock. The dividend will be paid on March 31,
2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March
28, 2017.
