On August3, 2017, beginning at 4:30 p.m., eastern time, the Company will host a conference call concerning the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended June30, 2017. On August3, 2017, the Company announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.06 per share of the Company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on September19, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September12, 2017.
