(b) Departure of Certain Officers

On July 9, 2018, Catherine M. Freeman tendered her resignation as Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of FTI Consulting, Inc. (“FTI Consulting”) to be effective on August 31, 2018. Prior to her retirement, Ms.Freeman will continue as the Chief Accounting Officer of FTI Consulting until her departure date and will complete the preparation and filing of FTI Consulting’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June30, 2018.
