On March 27, 2019, Charis W. Warshof notified FSB Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) that she would not stand for reelection to the Board of Directors when her term expires at the annual meeting of stockholders in May 2019. She had no disagreement with the Company and has chosen to retire.
