Edward L. Boykin has informed the Board of Directors of Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. (the “Company”), that he will not stand for re-election at the Company’s 2019 annual meeting of shareholders and will retire from the Board effective as of the date of the annual meeting, May 1, 2019. Mr. Boykin’s decision to retire was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company.
