On September 13, 2017, Franklin Covey Co. (the Company) announced that Mr. Shawn D. Moon, Executive Vice-President of Strategic Markets, and a named executive officer of the Company, will be leaving his full-time role with the Company. Mr. Moon will continue to be involved with the Company on a part-time consulting basis in connection with the implementation of certain key initiatives, including speaking at key thought leadership events, helping to launch new books, and other activities. Mr. Moon has been an executive officer at Franklin Covey since 2010 and the Company expresses its deep appreciation to Mr. Moon for his years of dedicated service, and excitement about its future involvement with Mr. Moon in his new role.
