release announcing that its application to list its common stock
on The NASDAQ Global Select Market has been approved by The
NASDAQ Stock Market LLC. Trading in FNB Bancorp common stock
under the ticker symbol FNBG is expected to commence on The
NASDAQ Global Select Market on Thursday, April 13, 2017.
