On January9, 2018, Flowserve Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Carey A. O’Connor tendered her resignation as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company effective March16, 2018. In order to facilitate an orderly transition, she will continue to serve in her current capacities through the effective date while the Company conducts a search for her successor. Ms.O’Connor’s resignation is not due to a disagreement with the Company.
