Effective as ofOctober4, 2017, Robert C. Bodnar ceased to be an officer of the Company. Also effective as of October4, 2017, Joshua A. Snively, Sr., Executive Vice President, Research and Innovation of Flotek Industries, Inc. (the “Company”), was appointed as head of operations of the Company and in such capacity, will oversee operations of the Energy Chemistry Technologies segment and the Consumer and Industrial Chemistry Technologies segment of the Company.
