Dividend Declaration and Announcement of Annual Shareholder Meeting Details
On November 9, 2017, Fidelity & Guaranty Life (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.065 per share. The dividend is payable on December 11, 2017 to the Company’s stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 27, 2017.
