On March16, 2017, Farmers National Banc Corp. (the Company)
issued two press releases announcing a new nominee for election
to its Board of Directors, Edward W. Muransky, and the impending
retirement from its Board of Directors of Howard J. Wenger at the
expiration of his term at the Companys annual shareholder meeting
on April20, 2017.
Copies of press releases are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and
99.2 and incorporated herein by reference. The press releases are
