On May 11, 2017, Exterran Corporation (the “Company”) received notice that Raymond L. Carney, the Company’s Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, will be resigning from the Company to assume a position as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of another publicly traded company. Mr. Carney’s resignation will be effective May 25, 2017. David A. Barta, the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will assume the obligations of the Company’s principal accounting officer upon Mr. Carney’s departure.

The Company operates through three segments: contract operations, aftermarket services and product sales. The aftermarket services segment provides a range of services to support the surface production, compression and processing needs of customers, from parts sales and normal maintenance services to full operation of a customer’s owned assets.
