On February 8, 2019, Eversource Energy and Ørsted, a global leader in offshore wind, issued a joint news release and accompanying fact sheet announcing that the companies have entered into a 50-50 partnership for key offshore wind assets in the Northeast. The Company operates through three segments: electric distribution, electric transmission and natural gas distribution.
