Engex, Inc. (the Fund) is a non-diversified, closed-end investment company. The investment objective of the Fund is capital appreciation. The Fund’s portfolio of investments includes sectors, such as biotechnology, technology and gaming industry. The Fund intends to seek investment opportunities in one or more additional companies in which it would acquire a controlling interest.
