On July 14, 2017, EnerJex Resources, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company") entered into a Secured Promissory Note for $100,000 with Alpha Capital Anstalt, which has a maturity date of November 15, 2017 and interest on the outstanding principal accrues at a rate of 8% per annum.
A copy of the Note is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1 to this Form 8-K.
