At the Company’s November 30, 2017 request, Daniel G. Zang will resign from his position as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company effective March 1, 2018. Mr. Zang has provided excellent leadership and financial expertise to the Company during his four-year tenure. Over the coming months, the Company will continue with its current management structure and will evaluate opportunities to fill Mr. Zang’s role from both internal and external sources.
