Effective June 12, 2017, Mr. Ames Brown resigned from the Board of Directors of Energy Fuels Inc. (the “Company”). The resignation was due to other time commitments of Mr. Brown and not the result of a disagreement regarding the Company’s operations, policies or practices.

It also owns uranium and uranium/vanadium properties and projects in various stages of exploration, permitting, and evaluation, as well as fully-permitted uranium and uranium/vanadium projects on standby.
