On February28, 2018, Enbridge Inc. (the “Company”) announced the commencement of a cash tender offer by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Spectra Energy Capital, LLC (“Spectra Capital”), forany and all of Spectra Capital’s 6.75% senior unsecured notes due 2032 and 7.50% senior unsecured notes due 2038 (the “Tender Offer”). The Tender Offer is being made exclusively to an offer to purchase dated February28, 2018 and related notice of guaranteed delivery, which set forth the terms and conditions of the Tender Offer.
