Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 28, 2017, the following officer positions were realigned to reflect changing roles. Stephen J. Neyland no longer serves as Vice President – Finance and principal financial officer of Enbridge Energy Management, L.L.C. (“EEM”) or Enbridge Energy Company, Inc. (“EECI”), which is the general partner of Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. Mr. Neyland continues to serve on the board of directors of EEM and EECI.

Christopher J. Johnston, age 47, was appointed Vice President, Finance and principal financial officer of each of EEM and EECI. Mr. Johnston is also currently the Vice President Finance, Liquids Pipelines of Enbridge Inc. He joined Enbridge Inc. as Vice President and Controller on July 1, 2014. Prior to joining Enbridge Inc., Mr. Johnston worked at Deloitte LLP where he was Partner in their Assurance and Advisory practice for eight years.
