On March 22, 2018, Elizabeth Dreyer, the Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Edgewell Personal Care Company (the “Company”), provided the Company with notice of her resignation. Ms. Dreyer’s resignation will be effective in mid-April 2018. Ms. Dreyer is leaving to pursue an opportunity outside the Company. Ms. Dreyer’s departure is not related to any issues regarding the integrity of the Company’s financial statements or accounting policies and practices.
