On December 11, 2017, Kenneth M. Riis retired from the board of directors of Drive Shack Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Riis did not serve on any committees of the Company’s board of directors. Mr. Riis’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Company’s board of directors thanks Mr. Riis for his exemplary dedication to the Company and its stockholders.
