Other Events.

On March10, 2017, CVB Financial Corp (the Company) announced that
CVB Financial Corp. and its principal subsidiary Citizens
Business Bank completed the closing of the acquisition of Valley
Commerce Bancorp, the holding company for Valley Business Bank,
on March10, 2017, which was originally announced on September22,
2016. A copy of the Companys press release announcing the closing
of the acquisition is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
